Grievances

Grievances must be in writing, describe the complaint or grievance, and be signed by the aggrieved party or if the aggrieved party is a player, a parent or legal guardian of the aggrieved party.

*Please include the following: Your name and phone number and if applicable, the date of the incident, approximate time, location, and team.
